Shipping Information for small items

We don't ship outside the United States of America.

Prices apply to shippable items only

No overnight or express shipping available, since all items are made to order and may require several days/weeks for building process. 

Delivery: calculated price depending on volume of ordered item and distance.

Please consider that most of our items are made to order. If you order something, it will be built first, then treated and handled, before it can be shipped. For this reason we cannot offer overnight or express shipping. We are a small business and try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. 

Small items are shipped in flat rate boxes, if the items require special packaging, the shipping and handling cost will rise appropriately. Please consider that charcuterie boards often don't fit into standard flat rate boxes. The hard woods we use also give them a certain weight. We do our best to ship our products to you in the safest and cheapest way. 

Large and heavy items like furniture will be delivered personally. Delivery costs are subject to the vehicle the appropriate transport of the item requires and the distance to be traveled. We can only deliver within the State of Georgia and neighboring states within a radius of 200 miles. If you order furniture, make sure you inquire about delivery costs before you place your order. We are not starting the building process or finalizing an order, before an agreement is reached about how and when the delivery or pick up takes place and how much that will cost you. If you decide to pick up the item at our location, consider that postponing the pickup date will entail storage fees. We are a small business and cannot hold large items in storage for you. Thank you for your consideration. 

Returns & Exchanges

Made to order items cannot be returned. All sales are final, unless there is an evidential defect in the product or it gets evidentially damaged in the mail. Read our terms and conditions about our detailed return policy.
